Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Token Guard. If your license key does not work as described, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Contact us through the GitHub repository or the email provided in your purchase confirmation. Include your order or transaction ID and the reason for the refund.

When refunds are granted

• The license key cannot be activated due to a technical fault on our side.
• You accidentally purchased multiple keys.
• You are within 14 days of purchase and have not shared or resold the key.

When refunds are not granted

• You changed your mind after activating and using the key.
• The key was shared, published, or resold.
• The refund request is made more than 14 days after purchase.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The refunded key will be revoked.
